Barely cracking 40 degrees these days throughout southwest Montana. The leaves have all shriveled up and blown away. There is a good base layer of snow blanketing the Bridgers, Tobacco Roots, and Spanish peaks. Yup, winter has settled in! The snow season photography has just begun, and soon the Bighorns of Yellowstone, icy Buffalo, and hopefully this year Bohemian Waxwings will all be subjects I will het to share here on the blog. Until then a few sightings this past fall!
