I started fishing with my family as a kid in the Intermountain West. By the time I hit high school, I had taught myself to fly fish and was determined to make a career out of fishing. During college I spent my summers guiding in Montana, and post-college I made guiding my permanent lifestyle. I have explored, fished and guided on the waters of Montana for thirty years. Countless hours surrounded by wild beauty has continually captivated my imagination, and has developed my awareness of when and where Mother Nature will put on a show. With my camera and my creativity, I pay homage to the sense of belonging and peace in these moments, and try to convey all that the outdoors gives, receives and takes.
